Important: the property is a detached house divided into three levels. Access to the property is from the middle level due to the geography of the area.

MIDDLE LEVEL
Spacious entrance hall with staircase, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, terrace and bedroom.
- Living/dining room: large space with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and large windows with access to the terrace with beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool. Dining table for 6 people.
- Terrace: with sun loungers and beautiful views of the swimming pool and garden.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and all necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc.).
- Laundry area: two washing machines, tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Door with access to the barbecue area.

LOWER LEVEL
This area consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

- Bedroom 6: 140 cm bed. Air conditioning. 60x120 cm wooden cot, high chair.

- Fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
OUTSIDE
- Bathing area with private swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers.

Bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, duvet) is provided for all beds, as well as towels (one hand towel and one large bath towel). Pool towels are not provided.
Company staff will visit the property every week to check the condition of the garden and pool.
Outdoor parking for one car within the plot. Free street parking. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
