- Second bathroom fully equipped with shower.
- Dining room: large space with two large and comfortable sofas, Smart TV, air conditioning, fireplace. Dining table for 6 people.
- Kitchen: equipped with ceramic hob, American fridge, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc).

A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
