The whole property is distributed on one floor.
It consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200 cm. Dressing room, air conditioning, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with shower. Access door to the winter garden.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds 90x200 cm. Air conditioning, built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: 140x200 cm bed. Built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and desk.
- Bedroom 4: double bed 140x200 cm, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and desk.
- Second bathroom fully equipped with shower. Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
- Dining room: large space with a large and comfortable single sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, decorative fireplace and large windows with access to the garden. Dining table for 8 people.
- Winter garden: Converted into a games room. It can be accessed from the main bedroom or from the side of the garden. It has a small dining table and comfortable sofas. Table tennis, darts, table football, billiards, ideal for a pleasant time. It is worth mentioning the spectacular views that this area offers us to the valley.
- Kitchen: American style with a beautiful island in the centre. Fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc).

A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
