Guests staying at Casa Nísperos should be aware that only the ground floor of the property is available for rent; it is a self-contained flat.
IMPORTANT: The flat is situated entirely on the ground floor. There are a few steps in some areas due to the uneven ground. Although the flat has a separate entrance, the owner lives in the flat above. Communal areas such as the barbecue and swimming pool are shared.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
