We are delighted to present this beautiful self-contained flat for 6 people, situated on the ground floor of this family home in the El Lagar residential area, Alhaurín de la Torre.
It boasts beautiful views of the valley and is situated in a completely peaceful and private area, whilst being just a few minutes’ walk from everything.
Guests staying at Casa Nísperos should be aware that only the ground floor of the property is available for rent; it is a self-contained flat.
IMPORTANT: Groups of friends are not accepted; families only. The flat is situated entirely on the ground floor. There are a few steps in some areas due to the uneven ground. Although the flat has a separate entrance, another family also lives in the flat above. Communal areas such as the barbecue and swimming pool are shared.

- Kitchen: fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and all the necessary kitchenware (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc.). Table with 6 chairs. Door leading to the terrace and pool area.

- Bathing area with private pool, outdoor shower, two sun loungers (to access the pool you have to go down a flight of stairs).

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
