The whole property is distributed on one floor.
It has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140x200 cm. Wardrobe, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160x200 cm. Air conditioning, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm bed. Wardrobe, air conditioning.
- Bedroom 4: two 90x200 cm beds, air conditioning, wardrobe.
- Second bathroom fully equipped with shower.
- Dining room: large space with a large and comfortable sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, fireplace and large windows with access to the winter garden. Dining table for 6 people.
- Winter garden: with access to the outside of the house. It has a small dining table and comfortable sofas with Smart TV. It is worth mentioning the spectacular views that this area offers us to the valley.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with gas cooker, American fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc).

- Bathing area with private pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing.
- Terrace by the pool with table and 6 chairs.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
