Important: the house is a terraced house divided into several levels. The property is accessed from the highest level due to the geography of the area.

SECOND FLOOR

- Dining room: large space with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, fireplace and large windows with access to the terrace with beautiful views of the Guadalhorce valley. Dining table for 6 people.

- Terrace: It has comfortable sofas and beautiful views of the sea and the valley.

- Kitchen: fully equipped with induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Dolce Taste coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc). Island with 2 high chairs.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
