This area consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have access to a shared terrace.

- Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200 cm. Built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. Large window with access to the terrace. En suite bathroom with shower.

- Bedroom 2: double bed 140x200 cm. Built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.

- Bedroom 3: 140x200 cm bed. Built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.

- Bedroom 4: sofa bed, air conditioning.

- Second bathroom fully equipped with bathtub.

MAIN FLOOR

Spacious entrance hall with staircase, toilet, kitchen-dining room, living-dining room with bar and small office.

- Dining room: large space with a large and comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fireplace, a bar with stools and office area. Dining table for 6 people.

- Dining kitchen: fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dolce gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc). Dining area for 8 people, Smart TV. Access to the outside area.

- Swimming area with private pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
