Villa Gorilla is located in a residential area of Torremolinos, very close to the center where you can have supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars, while being in a quiet environment.

This villa can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 1700m2 of plot and 389m2 of constructed area. It is comfortable, with lots of privacy and very cozy.

The house is distributed on one floor with 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a bed of 140x200, is bright and has an en suite bathroom with shower, an extra bed of 90x200, fitted closets and air conditioning and heating and ceiling fan.

The second, third and fourth bedroom have a double bed of 140x200 each, one of them with an extra bed of 90x200, fitted closets and air conditioning and heating and ceiling fan. In this area we can find the second bathroom with bathtub.

The fifth bedroom has a 140x200 bed with en suite bathroom (shower only).

Two fully equipped living rooms, one with Smart TV and the other with a normal TV, free wifi and comfortable sofas. In one of the living rooms is the dining room with a large table for 8 people.

Although we know that during your vacations you like to eat or dine out (you have plenty of restaurants very close to the house) you may one day feel like cooking, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is very practical.

It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker and nespresso, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, various kitchen utensils, extractor fan, storage area and bar with stools.

The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board

The kitchen has a small dining table for 6 people.

Villa Gorilla has a nice chill out area with comfortable lounge, where we can also find a covered summer kitchen of 70 m2. It has an oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, fryer, dishwasher, charcoal barbecue and kitchen utensils with table and 12 chairs by the pool.

The pool has a size of 8x4,5 with 9 sun loungers.

It should be noted that the whole house has air conditioning and heating and several relaxation areas in the garden to enjoy.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
