We are delighted to present this beautiful family villa for up to 16 people located in the urbanization Alhaurín De La Torre, in the beautiful village of Alhaurín de la Torre.

It has beautiful views over the valley and the mountains, being located in an area of total tranquility and privacy, while being just a few minutes away from everything by car.

Those staying at Villa Family will have the sole and private use of the 3 separate accommodations which include 2 houses, a studio apartment, the heated pool, patios and gardens all to themselves. More details of what is on offer in each are given below:

HOUSE NUMBER 1 - SUPERIOR HOUSE

- Living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people and air conditioning

- Independent kitchen fully furnished and equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives.)

- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and bathtub.

STUDIO APARTMENT

- Living room with kitchenette, has a sofa bed with double bed and an additional double bed of 160x200cm. Also in this space we find a large table to eat a lot of people

- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.

HOUSE NUMBER 2 - LOWER HOUSE (UPPER FLOOR)

- Master bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, built-in closet, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower

- Bedroom with two single beds together 90x200cm, fitted closet and air conditioning

- Bedroom with double bed 140x200cm and air conditioning.

HOUSE NUMBER 2 - LOWER HOUSE (FIRST FLOOR)

- Living room with double sofa bed with air conditioning

- Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives...)

- Bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower.

-Swimming area with private pool and sun loungers (heated pool optional for 400 euros per week, minimum 10 days notice prior to arrival required)

- Several chill-out areas to enjoy the views and relax quietly having an aperitif

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
