It has spectacular views over the valley and the mountains and is situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy.

Those staying at Villa los Naranjos will have the sole and private use of the entire property and swimming pool. Below are more details of what is on offer:

Important: Villa Los Naranjos consists of two twin houses side by side, distributed over two floors.

Each house consists of:

4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

GROUND FLOOR:

- Bedroom 1: with double bed 160x200 cm, air conditioning.

- First bathroom fully equipped with shower.

- Living-dining room: large space with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV `65, decorative fireplace, stairs to access the first floor and the beautiful front door from where we access the house with incredible views of the valley, the pool and the mountains. Dining table for 8 people. 

- Kitchen: American style with a beautiful separating bar. Fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nesspresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc).

FIRST FLOOR:

- Bedroom 2: two single beds 90x200 cm. Air conditioning.

- Bedroom 3: bed 180x200 cm, air conditioning.

- Bedroom 4: double bed 180x200 cm, air conditioning.

- Second bathroom fully equipped with shower. 

- Relaxation area with Smart TV `65.

OUTSIDE

- Large porch linking the two houses, with two tables for 16 people.

- Bathing area with private swimming pool, 8 sun loungers for sunbathing. 

- Charcoal barbecue area. 

- Small house next to the swimming pool where we can find the laundry area with two washing machines, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, play area with table football and darts. A toilet.

- Chill out area with comfortable sofas, ideal for reading a book or relaxing and enjoying the views.

- Garden area with flowers and fruit trees such as lemon and orange trees, etc.

Outdoor parking, within the grounds, for several cars. Free Wifi throughout the property.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
