Important: the house is divided into three levels. The property is accessed from the middle level due to the geography of the area. The highest level is a flat with separate entrance.

 MAIN FLOOR

Small entrance hall with staircase, living-dining room with large window with access to the terrace, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.

- Dining room: large space with a large and comfortable sofa, board games, Smart TV, air conditioning, decorative fireplace and large windows with access to the terrace with views. Dining table for 8 people.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be requested upon arrival. It will be made by bank transfer. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer once the accommodation has been checked.
